What we offer
Parents Network & Peer Support
A safe place to talk honestly with other parents who get it.
We run an informal network on WhatsApp / Facebook, plus family meet-ups and coffee walks. It’s a space to share what’s really going on, ask questions, and feel less alone.
Advice & Advocacy
You shouldn’t have to fight the system on your own.
We can sit alongside you with things like EHCPs, referrals, appointments, grants, funding, forms, and navigating services. All led by experience, we share knowledge. If you need help - just ask.
Inclusive Events
Time together that actually works for our children — and for us.
Stay & Play sessions, swimming trips, seasonal events, coffee walks, beach meet-ups. We welcome siblings and make space for equipment, tubes, wheelchairs, sensory needs, feeding, changing, and just… being. We post upcoming sessions in the group and on Instagram. You can just turn up.
Take & Donate Scheme
Because specialist kit is expensive — and our kids grow fast.
A swap system for toys, sensory kit, feeding tools, adaptive clothing, supportive seating and other equipment that isn’t always available in mainstream shops.
Our Intention
Why this matters
Parents of medically complex and disabled children often find themselves isolated very quickly.
- Not being able to take your child to typical playgroups.- Facing a future of unknowns before you have bonded with your baby.- A calendar full of appointments, but nowhere to talk about how you’re really coping.- Limited childcare and opportunities to rest and breathe
We offer places to meet other families, ask for help, share what’s working, cry or laugh if you need to, and feel less alone.
